CYBOVOLT CUSTOMER CARE

Cybovolt 2-Year Limited Warranty

At Cybovolt, we want every rider to feel confident before placing an order and supported throughout ownership. We value the trust each customer places in us and are committed to providing a transparent, fair, and practical after-sales experience.

Electric dirt bikes combine structural, mechanical, electrical, and smart connected components. This Limited Warranty is designed to clearly explain what is covered, how long coverage lasts, and how we will help when a covered issue occurs.

Cybovolt Care Promise

For an approved warranty claim, we will provide practical support based on the issue. This may include guided troubleshooting, covered replacement parts, repair support, or another appropriate remedy. Our goal is to solve genuine product issues efficiently while keeping the process clear and fair.

Please note: Coverage periods vary by component. Review the coverage table below for details.

1. Who This Limited Warranty Covers

This Cybovolt Limited Warranty applies only to a new Cybovolt electric dirt bike purchased directly from [your store domain] and delivered within the United States.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, this Limited Warranty:

  • Applies to the original retail purchaser only;
  • Is not transferable to a subsequent owner;
  • Begins on the date the carrier records the bike as delivered; and
  • Applies only while the product remains within the country where it was originally purchased.

Products purchased through an authorized dealer, marketplace, or other third-party seller are subject to the warranty process of the original seller unless Cybovolt confirms otherwise in writing.

Product registration is encouraged because it can help us locate your bike information more quickly, but registration does not replace valid proof of purchase.

The warranty period for a repaired or replaced component does not restart or extend the original warranty period unless required by applicable law.

3. What This Limited Warranty Covers

This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that arise during the applicable coverage period when the product is used and maintained in accordance with the Owner's Manual.

For an approved claim, Cybovolt may, at its discretion and as permitted by applicable law:

  • Provide guided troubleshooting and technical support;
  • Repair or replace the covered defective component;
  • Provide an equivalent or functionally comparable replacement component when the original component is unavailable;
  • Authorize repair support or a pre-approved labor reimbursement;
  • Replace the product when a component-level solution is not appropriate; or
  • Provide another remedy required by applicable law.

Where permitted by applicable law, Cybovolt may make reasonable attempts to diagnose and repair a covered issue before approving a replacement product or refund.

4. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Please contact our support team as soon as you notice an issue. Early communication often helps us resolve a problem more quickly.

To help us review your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number and proof of purchase;
  • The bike model and serial number;
  • The current odometer reading;
  • A clear description of the issue and when it first occurred;
  • Photos or videos that show the issue;
  • Relevant app diagnostic information or error messages, when available; and
  • Maintenance records or additional information when reasonably necessary to evaluate the claim.

We aim to review the initial information and respond with the next step within 3 business days.

Please do not independently ship a bike, battery, or component back to us without written authorization. Unauthorized shipments may be refused.

5. Warranty Service Process

Depending on the issue, the warranty service process may include:

  1. Initial review. Our support team reviews the information you provide.
  2. Remote diagnosis. We may request additional photos, videos, diagnostic information, or reasonable troubleshooting steps.
  3. Parts-based resolution. When appropriate, we will send an approved replacement component.
  4. Repair support. If professional installation or repair is appropriate, written pre-authorization is required before any labor cost is incurred.
  5. Further remedy. If a covered issue cannot be resolved through reasonable component-level support, Cybovolt will determine an appropriate next step consistent with this Limited Warranty and applicable law.

Replacement parts provided under this Limited Warranty may require the return of the original part. When requested, the original part becomes the property of Cybovolt and must be returned within 15 calendar days using the instructions provided. If the requested original part is not returned, Cybovolt may charge the replacement-part cost to the extent permitted by applicable law.

6. Parts Shipping, Labor, and Transportation

For an approved warranty claim:

  • Cybovolt will cover the cost of eligible replacement parts;
  • Cybovolt will cover standard shipping for eligible replacement parts within the contiguous United States;
  • Labor is covered only when Cybovolt authorizes the labor in writing before the work begins; and
  • Whole-bike transportation, pickup, or return shipping is covered only when Cybovolt authorizes it in writing.

Do not arrange repairs, transportation, or paid services before receiving written authorization if you intend to request reimbursement. Costs incurred without prior written authorization are not reimbursable unless required by applicable law.

Customers located outside the contiguous United States may be responsible for incremental shipping costs where permitted by applicable law.

7. Battery Coverage and Care

The battery is covered for 12 months or 300 full charge cycles, whichever occurs first. During the coverage period, the battery is designed to retain at least 70% of its original rated capacity when used, charged, and stored in accordance with the Owner's Manual.

Battery coverage does not apply to damage or abnormal degradation caused by:

  • Improper charging, discharging, storage, or maintenance;
  • Use of an incompatible charger;
  • Water immersion, fire, impact, collision, or external damage;
  • Opening, tampering with, or modifying the battery pack;
  • Use of the battery in a product for which it was not designed; or
  • Normal capacity reduction that remains within the stated coverage threshold.

Safety note: If you notice unusual heat, swelling, odor, smoke, visible damage, or another potential battery safety concern, stop using the product and contact Cybovolt support promptly.

8. Wear Items and Routine Maintenance

Electric dirt bikes require routine inspection and maintenance. Normal wear and tear is not a manufacturing defect and is not covered by this Limited Warranty.

Typical wear items include, but are not limited to:

  • Tires and inner tubes;
  • Brake pads and brake rotors;
  • Chains, belts, sprockets, and related drivetrain wear items;
  • Bearings, seals, grips, cables, and cosmetic finishes;
  • Seats, pedals, and kickstands; and
  • Other components that naturally wear through ordinary use.

Wear items are covered only for a manufacturing defect identified within 30 calendar days of delivery. Replacement due to ordinary use, expected maintenance, or gradual wear is the customer's responsibility.

9. What This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, routine maintenance, tune-ups, or consumable items;
  • Cosmetic issues such as scratches, paint chips, fading, minor surface marks, or dents that do not result from a covered manufacturing defect;
  • Loss, theft, vandalism, or damage caused by another person;
  • Damage caused by accidents, collisions, crashes, misuse, neglect, improper storage, improper maintenance, overloading, or use outside the Owner's Manual;
  • Damage caused by competition, racing, commercial rental use, stunt use, or other use inconsistent with the product's intended recreational purpose;
  • Damage caused by water immersion, high-pressure washing, fire, flooding, extreme weather, or other external events;
  • Damage caused by improper assembly, improper repair, incompatible components, or improper installation;
  • Damage caused by unauthorized changes to wiring, firmware, software, speed settings, power settings, or other factory configurations;
  • Products with a removed, altered, defaced, or illegible serial number;
  • Claims involving an altered odometer, falsified records, or intentionally altered diagnostic data;
  • Shipping damage that is not reported promptly in accordance with the Shipping Damage section below;
  • Complimentary gifts, unless Cybovolt states otherwise in writing; or
  • Any item clearly marked as Final Sale or sold with a separate written warranty.

This Limited Warranty is not an insurance policy and does not cover accidents, theft, personal injury claims, or property damage claims.

10. Third-Party Parts, Repairs, and Modifications

Using a third-party part or service does not automatically cancel this Limited Warranty. However, this Limited Warranty does not cover a defect or damage caused by an incompatible part, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or third-party repair.

For safety-sensitive electrical components, battery systems, and structural repairs, please contact Cybovolt support before work begins so that we can help determine the appropriate next step.

11. Smart Hardware, App Features, and Connectivity

Covered Cybovolt-supplied smart hardware modules are listed in the coverage table above. Smart features may also depend on wireless service, GPS reception, mobile phone compatibility, app availability, third-party networks, and optional subscription services.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, this Limited Warranty does not guarantee uninterrupted cellular service, third-party network availability, GPS reception in every location, compatibility with every mobile device or operating-system version, or the continued availability of optional third-party services.

A hardware defect in an eligible Cybovolt-supplied smart module will still be reviewed under the applicable coverage period.

12. Shipping Damage, Missing Items, and Delivery Issues

Please inspect the carton and bike shortly after delivery and keep the original packaging until you are satisfied with the product.

Please report visible shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number;
  • Photos of the outside carton;
  • Photos of the shipping label;
  • Photos or videos showing the affected area; and
  • A brief description of the issue.

Please report missing components, incorrect items, or incomplete packages within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Shipping damage, missing-item requests, returns, and refunds are also subject to the applicable Cybovolt Return & Refund Policy.

13. Claim Integrity and Payment Disputes

We are committed to resolving valid warranty claims fairly. To protect customers and prevent misuse, Cybovolt may deny a claim to the extent permitted by applicable law when a claim includes materially false information, altered evidence, an altered serial number, an altered odometer, falsified records, or intentional diagnostic-data tampering.

If an unresolved chargeback or payment dispute is pending for the applicable order, warranty claim processing may be paused until the payment dispute is resolved.

14. Limitation of Implied Warranties and State Law Rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the applicable coverage period of this Limited Warranty.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. Therefore, some limitations or exclusions in this Limited Warranty may not apply to you.

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
