Carry a bike riders remember. Partner with a team that understands what happens after the sale.

DEALER-FIRST THINKING Sell the test ride. Protect the relationship.
THE DEALER REALITY

The real question is not whether another bike can sell. It is whether the partnership will still feel right after the first sale.

Independent retailers carry the risk that customers never see: cash tied up on the floor, service conversations at the counter, pressure from online pricing, and the responsibility of standing behind every recommendation.

01

Floor space is capital.

Slow-moving inventory drains cash, attention, and room for the products your customers are ready to buy.

02

Your service desk remembers every weak link.

When diagnosis is unclear or the support pathway is slow, one sale can turn into weeks of frustration.

03

Price discipline protects trust.

Local retailers need a clear channel conversation before launch, not uncomfortable surprises after the bikes are on the floor.

04

Your name is on the sale.

Customers return to the local shop first. Product confidence and the after-sale pathway both matter.

A DEALER-FIRST PARTNERSHIP

Built around the risks dealers actually carry.

A serious dealer program should reduce uncertainty before the opening order, not create pressure after it. Our goal is to build partnerships with the right retailers, one market at a time.

01

Start with fit, not pressure.

We review your market, store profile, customer base, service capability, and display plan before discussing an opening order.

02

Confirm the commercial terms clearly.

Territory considerations, pricing framework, availability, fulfillment, and after-sale responsibilities should be understood before launch.

03

Onboard the team behind the counter.

Product modes, setup, connected features, safety documentation, and maintenance basics need to be easy to explain.

04

Use better information when support is needed.

The Cybovolt App and real-time fault detection are designed to provide clearer context when a support conversation begins.

05

Give salespeople a story customers understand.

Approved partners can use product education and launch-ready visual assets to support local conversations and test rides.

06

Build for repeat business.

We want dealers who protect the customer experience, because the strongest local growth starts after the first sale.

THE SUPPORT QUESTION Can the dealer explain the bike with confidence?
ONLINE DEMAND. LOCAL CONVERSION.

Advertising should help create the opportunity. The local dealer should help close the relationship.

Cybovolt can allocate up to US$500,000 per month to Google and Meta advertising. The goal is to introduce more riders to the brand before they walk into a store — and help approved local dealers turn online interest into in-person conversations, test rides, and sales.

Advertising support can create opportunity, but results vary by market. It is not a guarantee of leads, store traffic, or sales.

THE PRODUCT STORY

A test ride should create the desire. The ownership story should close the sale.

Cybovolt gives retailers a product conversation that is easy to understand: serious off-road performance, connected intelligence, practical theft deterrence, and a mode strategy designed for different riding environments.

84V 45Ah Battery capacity for longer riding conversations.
Up to 7000W Off-road motor performance built for responsive riding.
Keyless access App-connected convenience for everyday ownership.
Smart theft protection Automatic arming, alerts, motor lockout, and connected notifications.
Live GPS + geofence Location visibility and movement alerts through the connected experience.
Real-time fault detection Better context when a rider or dealer needs support.
Designed for different riding environments.

Factory-default City Mode electronically limits speed to 20 mph and motor output to 750W and is configured to meet Class 2 settings. Public-road eligibility still depends on local law. Off-Road Mode releases full performance and is intended only for permitted off-road areas or private property.

BUILT FROM THE FACTORY FLOOR OUTWARD

Performance matters. Ownership reality matters more.

Cybovolt was shaped by hands-on manufacturing experience and the practical lessons that become obvious only after products leave the warehouse: riders dislike complicated assembly, dealers lose time when support workflows are unclear, and strong performance creates more value when ownership feels straightforward.

We are building the dealer program with the same mindset: fewer vague promises, more clarity before the partnership begins.

THE RIGHT FIT

Not every store should carry Cybovolt. That is a good thing.

We are looking for retailers who understand that a local recommendation is a promise. The best partnership is not the fastest approval. It is the one that still feels right after the first season.

Good candidates may include

  • Bike, e-bike, powersports, off-road, or outdoor mobility retailers
  • Brick-and-mortar stores with a local customer base
  • Retailers with service capability or a dependable service pathway

We will want to understand

  • Your market, store profile, and primary customer groups

COMMON QUESTIONS

Clarity before commitment.

What dealer margins are available?

Dealer pricing is shared after application review and depends on market, model mix, and the agreed volume plan. We prefer to discuss the full commercial picture rather than advertise a headline number without context.

Is there a minimum opening order?

The opening order is discussed after the store and market review. The goal is to align display needs and inventory planning with the shop’s real capacity rather than force a one-size-fits-all opening package.

Do you offer territory protection?

Territory and channel considerations are reviewed during the dealer conversation and confirmed in writing where applicable. Healthy local partnerships require clear expectations before launch.

How does after-sale support work?

Approved dealers receive onboarding and a defined support pathway. Specific warranty coverage, responsibilities, and claim procedures are governed by the applicable policies and written dealer agreement.

How are shipping and product availability handled?

Availability, freight arrangements, delivery expectations, and fulfillment details are confirmed during approval and before an order is placed.

How can Cybovolt advertising support my store?

Cybovolt can allocate up to US$500,000 per month to Google and Meta advertising to build brand awareness and create more opportunities for local conversations, test rides, and sales. The specific local handoff and cooperative approach are discussed during dealer review. Advertising support does not guarantee leads, store traffic, or sales.

Can the bike be used on public roads?

Factory-default City Mode electronically limits speed to 20 mph and motor output to 750W and is configured to meet Class 2 settings. Public-road eligibility depends on local law. Off-Road Mode is for permitted off-road areas or private property only.
